We are a career consulting firm for first-generation and immigrant students.
Our mission is to empower individuals to become leaders in their field, equipped with the knowledge and skills through our career support.
What we’re solving
According to a recent analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI), more than 5.6 million students enrolled in U.S. colleges and universities in 2021 were from immigrant families.
“Among first-generation immigrant students, 56 percent are noncitizens. These students, legally present and unauthorized alike, face different barriers and opportunities depending on their specific status, state of residence, and the type of institution they attend. For example, DACA recipients (unauthorized immigrants brought to the United States as children).”
How we work
We assist student-serving organizations and institutions in building capacity by offering tailored career support to their first-generation and immigrant student population. By providing tailored services, we help students explore opportunities from graduate school, internships, and designing your career pathway!
